We offer refunds only in instances where we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen emergencies, if our space is booked for a production project, or if the owner is called to a set and needs to leave the office.

No Make-Up Classes for Late Arrivals: In the interest of fairness to all participants and to maintain the flow of the class, no make-up classes will be offered for late arrivals deemed as a no-show. We strive to maintain a consistent and engaging environment for all attendees.
