To reschedule your appointment, please contact us in advance with at least 7 days' notice. This time frame allows us to arrange a new appointment for you and offer the vacant slot to those on our waiting list.

Do you offer refunds? |
Refunds are typically only approved if our space becomes unexpectedly unavailable due to unforeseen production requirements necessitating the full use of our facilities by our team, or if the owner is called away to a set. However, the company may consider offering refunds under special circumstances, exercising discretion.
Please be aware that in most cases, refunds are not issued as all sales are considered final. We strongly advise ensuring absolute certainty regarding your chosen dates before making a booking with us. Our services strictly operate on an appointment-only basis due to limited space availability.
